God's Promise

It's so amazing to be reminded of God's promise to us. As we walked out of church one Sunday morning this beautiful rainbow was right before us. Just so you know...the gas station is not our church :-) I remembered the camera was in our car and had to quickly snap this picture. :-)

Halloween

Hi again!

This is Alison on her first Halloween. She was dressed as a duckie...or a chicken? Her cousin Lola is by her side dressed as a beautiful little princess. Alison was a super trooper that night and visited all 3 sets of her loving grandparents and also her Aunt Sheri and Uncle Shaun.

My Gracious, can she get any sweeter? This is Alison dressed up to go to church a couple of weeks ago. We have now decided it's time for her to regularly attend nursery since she's becoming MUCH more vocal during the service.

The hat she is wearing in this photo comes with a funny story. During the service Alison found the elastic band that is holding the hat on her head. Before I could catch her she had the elastic stretched out away from her face with her finger and it snapped back against her sweet cheek. Can you just imagine? I am SO relieved we were in the middle of singing because she had to catch her breath before she screamed at the top of her lungs. For those of you who see her often, you know which scream I'm referring to. Poor thing! :-)

Man is she growing up! Alison is 6 months old now. She has 3 teeth and I'm sure her 4th is on the way. She's sitting up on her own...and FINALLY sleeping pretty much through the night. Here are a couple of pictures for all of you to see!! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! I know we did :-)
